Iwatani International. Description of the Cooperation.

Iwatani International Corporation (IIC) was founded in 1930 by Mr. Naoji Iwatani, who launched operation to sell welding gases and equipment. Since then IIC has become the largest supplier of industrial gases and LPG in Japan. Initially IIC specialized in the gas and energy business, but now through subsidiaries and affiliates Iwatanis interests includes semiconductor production and test equipment, consumer products, industrial materials, construction, agriculture, and medical products.

Iwatani Electronics Division produces and trades a variety of machines used in the semiconductor industry.

In Europe, Iwatani cooperates through its European headquarter Iwatani Europe Cooperation Europe GmbH in Düsseldorf with Crystec Technology Trading GmbH  as a sales and service partner in the field of front end semiconductor and LCD business. The customer interface for these products is Crystec Technology Trading GmbH - all commercial issues are handled by Iwatani Europe GmbH, Düsseldorf.

Today, products of the companies TKR Mitsui Mining and SE are handled by Crystec and are sold in cooperation with Iwatani.
