Production des modules solaire photovoltaïque

Un module solaire photovoltaïque ou panneau solaire photovoltaïque est un ensemble de cellules photovoltaïques reliées électriquement. L'utilisation est le génération de courant électrique. Solar cells can be manufactured from different materials. Mostly mono-crystalline or poly-crystalline silicon is used. For thin film solar cells, thin semiconductor layers are deposited on an inert substrate, mainly glass. For the manufacturing of solar cells various equipment is necessary.
Single solar cells do not produce enough electrical power. Therefore many PV cells are combined in so called photovoltaic solar modules and wheatherproof mounted between glass plates. This assembly can be done fully automatic. The manufacturing process consists of several steps:

JWA can offer two solutions for a fast ramp up of your solar cell and module factory: Either we deliver equipment or even a turn-key module manufacturing line to you and/or we can offer you capacity on JWA's own solar module manufacturing line in Korea.

Using a foundry has several advantages:

• save your own capital
• concentrate in a first step on solar cell manufacturing
• avoid over-capacity
• use JWA as a second source for panel manufacturing
• reduce costs for panel manufacturing
• increased competitiveness
