This unit is equipped with various gas inlet circuits so that temperature testing with inert gas, ceramics de-binding, drying of aggressive powders and so forth can be performed. It is for use at 600°C and can keep oxygen concentration below 20 ppm. Oxygen can be measured optionally by a zirconia oxygen sensor. It is also equipped with a program controller of high capacity as a standard item with 7 patterns and 140 segments. Operation patterns are shown on a display. As an option a Stange controller can be ordered with this oven.
Combined with the exhaust-gas firing equipment as shown on the photo on the right side, this can be used for various applications such as de-greasing for ceramics and electronic parts. This oven has been used also for firing LCD glasses, inert metal treatment, surface hardening, drying, annealing, baking and so forth of various materials and parts and can be quoted as a typical product of Koyo Thermo Systems including CE-marking.
